Vermont Ventures is a family run small farm and tour guide company. Our farm is totally off the grid and we choose to live this simple life. We raise our own meat and grow our own food in our gardens, orchards and greenhouse. We specialize in outdoor adventures where the only limit has to be your imagination. Vermont Ventures' purpose is to give our clients an educational and fun experience in nature that most people don't ever get the opportunity to enjoy.
Vermont Ventures' mission is to show the wonder of our natural surroundings and the beauty of Northern Vermont. We advocate people being connected to the environment around them. It is our belief that the best way to advocate this is through adventures in Nature. It is our hope to create life long relationships between people, animals and the natural world fostering love and respect for mother nature and all she has to offer. One of our favorite things to do is connect young minds with the natural world. To plant the seeds of conservation and unity with nature in today's youth paves the way to a better tomorrow for us all.
Regardless of the season-winter, fall, spring or summer there are opportunities to enjoy the boundless wonders and beauty of Vermont. Whether it be the cold weather activities: dog sledding, ice fishing or snowshoeing, or the warmer temperatures activities- fishing, hiking, camping, all guided tours offer outdoor fun and an educational experience for all.
The many different tours we give are fun learning experiences for all ages. The tours can be taken individually, customized or several combined to make your experience the most it can be. If there is something you'd like to see or do that is not one of our regular tours, let us know. Vermont Ventures has many Northern Vermont adventures that are waiting to be discovered and remembered for a lifetime. We breed AKC registered Siberian Huskies whom we train to dog sled. Our kennel is always open for visitors, even if you have not planned an adventure call us and come meet the pack.
